SINGAPORE: Users of ride-hailing platform Grab were unable to use the app on Friday (Apr 6) due to a "technical issue", the company said.
In a statement on Facebook, Grab said it is working on resolving the issue, and will be back as soon as possible.
This is the second time in a week Grab has faced a service disruption. On Tuesday, the disrupted lasted 3.5 hours, affecting customers in several Southeast Asian countries and causing price surges on rival operator Uber's platform.
