SINGAPORE: Moderate to heavy rain has been forecast over many areas in Singapore on Monday afternoon (Apr 23), said National Environment Agency (NEA) in an alert.
"Gusty winds" are also expected between 1.30pm and 3pm, said the agency.
Separately, national water agency PUB warned that there may be flash floods in the event of heavy rain.
Flash flooding was reported at the slip road from Stevens Road to Balmoral Road, according to a PUB tweet at 1.24pm. It advised motorists to avoid the area.
